Kek Koko Yong (Haseena)

2.5 cups plain flour
1tsp soda bicarbonat
6 eggs
1 cup cocoa
1.5 cups water
1.5 cups castor sugar
1.5 cups butter

Icing : mix and masak till smooth
1 cup cocoa
1 tin sus pekat manis
2 tbsp butter

Method

Mix butter and sugar till light
Beat eggs separately and mix with batter
Sieve cocoa and flour and soda bicarbonat together
Mix with batter alternate with water

My oven I bake at 130 deg celcius for 45 minutes..each oven depends on how hot it
gets. mine is an electric oven.
The above sukatan I get 2 cakes. Kalau nak halve boleh.
