Pelbagai jenis "Topping"

From Ayu's Kitchen...

1. butter cream
250gm butter
250gm ising sugar
1 biji lemon (or perisa lemon)
pukul butter sampai kembang, masuk sugar & jus lemon

2. cream ganache

300gm whip cream
500gm dark choc
30gm butter
masak whip cream, mmasuk dark choc & butter (double boil).leave overnite

3. krim coklat

250gm cooking choc
1 sudu besar majerin
1/2 cwn fresh/whip cream
cairkan choc, angkat masukkan majerin & whip cream. tunggu sejuk sket, tuang atas kek

4. krim coklat (dah tuang dia beku, tak berapa messy)
250gm cooking choc
4 sudu besar susu pekat
1 sudu besar butter
